I make pretty things that just do their job, no more - and no less

I am a strong believer in the concept of utilitarianism, enticing the user in simplicity and familiarity.

I strongly base my design principles off brutalism and minimalism, creating sustainable future designs.

This translates to my handmark into industrial design languages. I am fond of the way it depicts the raw materials and metals used to forge a product, while making the production process more efficient and cost effective, due to the flat and stripped-back form. Another benefit this poses is the minimal visual clutter, increasing user-friendliness and overall aesthetics.

Me

I study a double honours degree of Sustainable Systems Engineering .h / Industrial Design .h at RMIT

I’m the Head Marketing and Design Officer for the Mechanical and Automtive Engineering Association MAEA

And I also work as a CS Officer in Student Recruitment at RMIT (staff member)

I’m a student of design, constantly learning and evolving through inspiration I take from everday objects and people around me.

I’m on a journey to master the fundamental principles of industrial design, and the processes involved in creating a product; a journey I know has no end, which excites me beyond words.

Community

The knowledge and skills I attain from my community involvements give me the basis on how to formulate products based on its demographics.

This includes managing teams, public speaking, and networking.

Content

My organisational skills, which thrive off minimalism and tidiness, are practiced in my daily life, making content management easier and manageable.

I’ve exercised this through visual identity management and client relations for small businesses.
